Developer Advocate

About the role

Engineers are the people who feel Tailglow’s value first. As a developer advocate, you help them get there fast, and you bring their feedback back to us.

You build the things that help developers succeed: demos, examples, docs, and content that make it obvious how to go from raw data to real answers.

What you’ll do

• Build demos, sample projects, and guides that show Tailglow at its best.
• Create content (writing, video, talks) that meets developers where they are.
• Support the community and turn what you hear into product feedback.
• Help shape the developer experience, from SDKs to docs to onboarding.

What we’re looking for

• You’re a developer yourself, and you like helping other developers.
• Strong communication: you can explain a technical idea clearly and make it fun.
• A history of content, talks, open source, or community work.
• Empathy for the developer experience and a low tolerance for friction.

Nice to have

• Experience in developer relations, developer tooling, or data products.
• An existing audience or community presence.
